I work primarily with couples using IFS and the Gottman Method to support clearer communication, emotional safety, and lasting change. I also work with individuals exploring relational patterns and inner system dynamics.
My approach combines the depth and compassion of IFS with research-based couples work, helping partners understand their internal parts and the relational patterns that shape their connection.
IFS-trained through IFSCA and am currently continuing advanced training in Stepping Deeper. I also hold Gottman Level 1 and 2 training.
I work online in English and Swedish, and in person in Spain.
