We plan to establish an IFS association in Norway in 2025, which will become a member of the IFS Nordics. Through the Nordic collaboration, people in Norway will have increased access to official IFS trainings. The IFS Norway Facebook group, formed in 2023, now includes dozens of members, and an increasing number of professionals in Norway have completed IFS Level 1 training. The national association will work to create a visible professional IFS community in Norway, making IFS more widely known. In a few years, official IFS trainings will likely be held in Norway.

IFS Sweden Institute will be established in 2025 to create a community for IFS therapists and practitioners in Sweden. The institute will aim to serve as a hub for knowledge-sharing, professional development, and networking within the IFS model.

We have an active Facebook group, “IFS Sverige”, where members can exchange insights, support each other, and discuss IFS-related topics. Additionally, we are creating a website that will offer resources, information about IFS, training opportunities, and events.

IFS Sweden will be part of the broader Nordic collaboration for official IFS trainings, increasing access to quality education for practitioners in Sweden and beyond.
