Advancing IFS Therapy in the Nordics

The IFS Nordics Federation formed in 2023 in cooperation with the IFS Institute to meet the increasing demand for IFS training.

The mission of the federation is to advance Internal Family Systems Therapy in the Nordics through workshops and trainings. We also bring together country associations that connect IFS therapists and people interested in training in IFS in each Nordic country.

The association is run by a board of IFS practitioners and therapists.
