I am an IFS Level 3–trained therapist and trainee Psychosynthesis counsellor based in Stockholm, offering therapy in English online and in person. I am registered as a trainee member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

My work is trauma-informed and relational, supporting clients with complex trauma, attachment wounds, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, and crises of identity.

I blend Internal Family Systems with somatic awareness and Psychosynthesis-informed perspectives, creating a steady, compassionate space where all parts are welcome.

I am particularly attentive to early developmental trauma, working at a pace that prioritises safety and integration. My background in leadership and organisational life also informs my work with high-functioning professionals navigating overwhelm, conflict, and inner fragmentation.
