I am a professor and medical doctor specialized in child and adolescent psychiatry, with over thirty years of clinical experience. I have a part-time clinic in Stockholm where I see both teenagers and adult clients. I have a deep appreciation for IFS and the healing that can unfold when we explore the relationships between our inner parts and our deeper Self.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs. In addition to IFS, I may integrate other modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Deep Brain Reorienting. This is to support the integration of overwhelming life experiences and promote embodiment, presence, connectedness and a deeper sense of being alive.
