The work focuses on building direct contact between Self and the parts carrying those patterns, rather than adding more analysis of them. With couples, I bring the same orientation alongside Gottman-informed structure for communication and repair, informed by IFIO.
IFS advanced training through IFSCA, with Gottman Level 2 and MSc Psychology (Arden University, UK).
