I am a certified psychotherapist based in Denmark, working with individuals, couples and families. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I integrate with Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic awareness and a holistic approach.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their inner world and relational patterns with curiosity and compassion. Nature is an important part of my work, supporting regulation, reflection and deeper connection.
